Health Center Coordinator
Job Summary
The Health Center Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of all services provided. He/she collaborates with all staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient patient care, and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. He/she contributes to the provision of quality patient care through quality assurance and quality improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- · Coordinates delivery of CHS, Inc. services.
- · Implements policies and procedures established by CHS, Inc.
- · Supervises health center staff
- · Fiscal accountability
- · Facilitates staff and committee meetings
- · Develops reports and correspondence of health center services
- · Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement activities
- · Train clerical staff
- · Perform other duties as assigned
