Health Center Coordinator

Job Summary

The Health Center Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of all services provided. He/she collaborates with all staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient patient care, and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. He/she contributes to the provision of quality patient care through quality assurance and quality improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • · Coordinates delivery of CHS, Inc. services.
  • · Implements policies and procedures established by CHS, Inc.
  • · Supervises health center staff
  • · Fiscal accountability
  • · Facilitates staff and committee meetings
  • · Develops reports and correspondence of health center services
  • · Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement activities
  • · Train clerical staff
  • · Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications
  • Administrative ability

    Supervisory ability

    Word processing ability

    Knowledge of quality assurance/quality improvement techniques
